Tina Castro is a creative executive, producer, and talent curator with more than 20 years of experience connecting artists, studios, production companies, agencies, and brands in Brazil and internationally.

Her career began in art buying and audiovisual production and evolved into executive production, creative leadership, business development, and talent representation. She has worked with major multinational companies and international accounts, helping translate global brand ambitions into locally relevant creative work.

Over the past decade, Tina has expanded her work beyond production into executive leadership, business development, and growth within the audiovisual industry. This experience has given her a broad perspective on creative partnerships, client relationships, talent development, and the business of bringing ambitious ideas to life.

Projects produced under her leadership have been recognized with major international awards, including Cannes Lions, The One Show, D&AD, LIA, and Clio Health. Her work is guided by a curator’s eye: a deep understanding of craft, a sharp sense of creative talent, and the ability to connect the right people to the right idea.

Now based in the United States, Tina is the founder of BLOM, a U.S.-based creative production company with a curated multidisciplinary Brazilian team. BLOM connects American agencies and brands with exceptional creative expertise across animation, 2D, 3D, motion design, illustration, lettering, sound, AI-assisted production, and executive production.

André Boyd is a creative director, animation director, and filmmaker known for his distinctive visual perspective and versatile approach to storytelling. A self-taught artist who stood out early in his career for his natural talent, curiosity, and visual sensitivity, André has developed a unique creative language across animation, design, filmmaking, and technology.

As Creative Director and Partner at Boyd Animation, he leads projects from concept to execution, collaborating with artists, directors, production companies, agencies, and brands in Brazil and internationally. He also works as an animation director for production companies across the Brazilian, European, and American markets.

Known for finding inventive visual solutions, André combines creative ambition with practical thinking, helping bring complex and ambitious ideas to life across different formats, styles, and scales.

An architect by training, Vanessa Gasparini is a set designer, art director, illustrator, and motion designer whose work bridges spatial design, visual storytelling, and moving image.

In 2017, she founded Triadelab, a multidisciplinary creative lab developing projects across film, music, streaming, and social media. Through Triadelab, she explores the relationship between physical environments, digital worlds, illustration, and motion.

Vanessa currently coordinates set design within the award-winning art department at TV Cultura, one of Brazil’s leading television networks. Her multidisciplinary background allows her to approach each project from both a structural and artistic perspective, combining architectural thinking, strong visual composition, and hands-on creative execution.
